Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a quality role in manufacturing, customer support, software, or engineering
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills
- Experience with products that have HW and SW components
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; 8D methodology
- Customer feedback management process ownership
- Certification in quality engineering preferred (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Electromechanical and manufacturing operations experience
- Experience working with customer feedback collection tools and techniques
- Working Knowledge and Application of Lean Manufacturing, DFM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Voice of the Customer, and Total Cost of Ownership
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices
Skills
Works closely with product specialists, development and test teams, and project managers to prioritize and implement changes
Benefits
The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
