Engineer Coordinator

About the role

Support project execution, engineering change management, and product development initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and customers to help drive projects from concept to production.
• Support engineering change requests (ECR) and engineering change notices (ECN).
• Review Bills of Materials (BOMs), labor estimates, and manufacturing cost data.
• Analyze cost variances and support pricing decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and engineering records.
• Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Engineering Coordination, Project Coordination, Cost Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing cost information.
• Understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECN).
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, NPI, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
