Responsibilities
- Developing workflows / process flow diagrams, business requirements, and technical specifications to drive the innovation of Agentic AI / automation products and applications.
- Works alongside Systems Architects and Software Engineering teams to design expert solutions to complex technical problems.
- Evaluating and piloting solutions from internal and external partners, ensuring they meet company standards and contribute to product development.
- Leading case studies, testing, and reporting to derive insights and inform product improvements.
- Works alongside architects to build prototypes, conduct research to support product development and application enhancement.
- Presents new opportunities to drive automation through Agentic AI to the Director of Network Engineering Ops Excellence.
- Incubates and maintains the Agentic AI / Automation roadmap quarter-over-quarter.
- Authoring and revising technical documentation, including evaluation plans, and formal recommendations.
- Representing the Network Engineering Ops teams in cross-functional collaborations, providing solutions to project-related technical issues.

Pay
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $91,138.43 - $136,707.65
