Engagement Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Cook up engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads
- Track and report on all active engagement kits
- Procure and manage software licenses
- Facilitate hardware shipments and supplemental field device logistics
- Act as the primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers
- Compile and distribute weekly operational reports to federal leadership
- Maintain engagement documentation and configuration records
- Coordinate scheduling for kit provisioning and decommissioning activities
- Track and report on engagement timelines and service level agreements
- Support real-time coordination during active operations
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff
- Manage resource allocation requests and priority adjustments
- Coordinate data archival confirmation and engagement closeout procedures
- Maintain inventory of available resources and capacity planning information
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- DHS Suitability
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with federal government stakeholders
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Customer service orientation with technical aptitude
- Experience with reporting and metrics tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or 7+ years of directly relevant experience
- Desired certifications: Project management or ITIL certification
- Desired skills: Experience supporting cybersecurity or incident response operations, familiarity with cloud technologies and terminology, background in IT service management or operations, experience with ticketing and workflow management systems, knowledge of federal procurement and logistics processes, experience in 24/7 operational support environments
