Pine Belt Mental Health Resources is hiring an Engagement Specialist in Gulfport, MS.
Responsibilities
- Provides information/referral and resource coordination for individuals and/or his/her collaterals.
- Provides services directed towards helping the beneficiary maintain his/her highest possible level of independent functioning.
- Makes sure team members complete tasks assigned.
- Safeguards that follow up and follow through happen as needed.
- Facilitates pre-cert application process, monitors applications, and educates clients on approvals, denials, and appeals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
- A professional clinical license or eligibility for a DMH Therapist Certification is required.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
- A personal vehicle is required to provide services in the community.
