About the role
The Stellantis’ People, Purpose & Culture Organization is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to support the design, deployment, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee engagement and culture measurement strategies across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, deployment, administration, and governance of North America employee engagement surveys and employee listening initiatives
- Analyze engagement, culture, and employee sentiment data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and organizational priorities
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights that support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to interpret survey results and develop action plans that address key engagement and culture opportunities
- Design and facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and employee feedback forums to supplement survey findings and deepen organizational understanding
- Maintain survey governance processes, reporting standards, and data integrity protocols
- Anticipate and communicate potential risks to survey execution, participation, and action planning efforts while recommending mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent analytics, workforce insights, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
- Experience administering employee engagement surveys, employee listening programs, or organizational assessment tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative workforce data
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive-level insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited university
- Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of survey methodology, statistical analysis, employee research techniques, and organizational diagnostics
- Experience conducting focus groups, qualitative research, and employee listening sessions
- Familiarity with engagement indices, culture metrics, organizational effectiveness measures, and employee experience frameworks
- Experience presenting workforce insights and recommendations to senior leaders and executive audiences
Skills
