About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a junior lawyer with 0-2 years of experience in its Energy and Natural Resources practice group based in Houston.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of complex domestic and international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across conventional, renewable, and transitional energy sectors.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, with 0-2 years of experience in energy.
- J.D. degree (or pending a J.D.), with strong academic credentials.
- Admission or pending admission to one or more state bars.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- In good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Sit for the Texas Bar Exam in the summer 2026 if not already admitted in the State of Texas.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
