Energy Services Business Development Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Business Development & Energy Solutions Lead to drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation. The role involves identifying opportunities, evaluating customer and business value, developing business cases, and coordinating cross‑functional teams. Projects may involve customer solutions, new business models, and commercialization efforts related to solar, battery energy storage, EVSE, and distributed energy resources. Key duties include leading validation of business concepts through pilot programs, engaging customers and partners for solution development, and managing multi‑site deployments. The role requires assessing demand reduction, energy savings, decarbonization, and resilience benefits, developing strategies, aligning stakeholders, and translating ideas into actionable plans. Work environment is office‑based with travel to facilities and customer sites, with flexibility for occasional outside‑hours work.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership in managing cross‑functional teams
- Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills
