End User Support Technician
Responsibilities
- Provide support for office and manufacturing hardware.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware, printers, peripherals, and software.
- Provide customer service support via phone and remote access.
- Must be able to take direction from management and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT. Advanced degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in PC installation, upgrades, and repair; Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; Good understanding of server and networking technology.
