EMS Coordinator RN

We are seeking an EMS Nurse Coordinator RN to ensure a courteous, timely care experience for patients transported by EMS. Responsibilities Include Greeting and receiving patients and EMS personnel in a dedicated areaCollaborating with the clinical nurse coordinator to plan for patient arrivals and manage EMS surgesOverseeing the EMS lounge and maintaining stroke care areasAssisting clinical staff in patient care and performing downtime dutiesCommunicating regularly with EMS leadership and providing feedback on strategic initiatives Qualifications RN license with a diploma or degree in nursingCertifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Crisis Intervention within 30 days of employmentAdditional certifications: Trauma Nursing Course or equivalent, Pediatric Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Care Skills And Attributes Empathy, excellent communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to manage EMS surges and coordinate with clinical teams Join a healthcare team dedicated to compassionate patient care and professional growth.
