Position Summary/Purpose In this unique opportunity you will have a combination of administrative and clinical time which will allow you to pursue various tasks and projects while also keeping your own skills sharp.
Responsibilities
- Quality assurance
- Providing education
- Credentialing
- Regulatory assistance
- Acting as the liaison between EMS organizations underneath Charlotte Hungerford Hospital’s medical oversight and the hospital
- Using skills to their fullest extent with extensive clinical capabilities including but not limited to RSI, blood, and point of care ultrasound (while acting in a clinical role)
- Representing Charlotte Hungerford Hospital at EMS activities, professional meetings, and community activities
- Serving as the liaison between the Emergency Department staff and pre-hospital care providers
- Coordinating educational programs
