Job Requirements

This position provides a high level of customer service to recruiters, applicants, candidates, co-workers and leaders as it relates to recruiting processes and programs.

Provides operational support for recruiters and management within Human Resources Recruitment; including but not limited to: making hotel and flight arrangements, building interview itineraries for candidates; processing new hire badges, new hire orientation preparation, scheduling, processing check requests etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: HS Diploma
  • Experience: Performs high clerical level functions directed by a Recruiter or Director
  • Excellent M365/Office Computer and Data Entry Skills
  • Invoicing and Check requests and Executive Level Support (with calendars, travel arrangements, itineraries)
  • Licenses/Registrations/Certifications: N/A

  • Preferred Education: College Degree
  • Preferred Experience: Previous HR experience
  • Preferred Licenses/Registrations/Certifications: N/A

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance with placing advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Responsible for coordination of pre-employment records, preparation of reports, appropriate and knowledgeable communication to applicants, department management, recruiters and other recruitment staff.
  • Affords ability to professionally conduct new hire paperwork sessions, process pre-employment checks, gather required pre-hire documentation and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Affords ability to effectively process incoming calls and voicemails utilizing excellent customer service skills.
  • Affords assistance in investigating problems and questions relating to applications and job offers through completion for applicants, management and recruiters.
  • Affords ability to conduct paperwork sessions for all new hires with understanding of benefit packages, forms & effective individual/group facilitation as required.
  • Demonstrates ability to gain knowledge of state licensing regulations, ability to critically review a new application.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the workflow from receipt of application through coworker start date.
  • Prioritizes appropriately, utilizing good judgment in use of time; ability to work at a fast pace; good computer skills; maintains break schedules, work hours.
