EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for all veterans served by the local AJCC with businesses, industry, and other community-based organizations.
• Promote the Employment Development Department (EDD), Jobs for Veterans State Grants (JVSG), and Workforce Services (WS) programs.
• Provide employer business services with a focus on hiring veterans.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Veteran.
• Submit a copy of DD214 and any supporting documentation from the Department of Veteran's Affairs showing service-connected disability.
