Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on employment-related matters.
• Prepare and review contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance on workplace issues.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with the firm's management team to develop and implement strategies.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law preferred.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with workplace investigations.
• Experience with litigation and arbitration.
