Prior Experience
- 8+ years of experience in private attorneys general act (paga) litigation and defense
- Well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- Significant paga/class/compliance expertise
- Jury trial/civil court trial experience preferred
- Public entity defense experience a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Juris Doctor degree
Professional Credentials
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing

Job Duties
- PAGA Litigation: Manage and oversee PAGA claims, develop and execute legal strategies, monitor and manage the discovery process.
- Client Advisory & Compliance: Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws, conduct audits, advise on policies, evaluate and advise on legislative impacts.
- Client Relationship & Business Development: Foster and expand client relationships, offer legal support, identify business development opportunities, present on PAGA compliance and litigation.
- Team Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, review and approve legal work, foster a collaborative work environment.
