Award-winning law firm seeks a Senior Employment Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage high-profile cases, collaborate on case strategy, and assist in shaping the firm's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Junior Associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision in all aspects of case handling.
  • Manage high-profile, complex cases, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed in accordance with firm guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other senior team members to discuss case strategy, discovery, and deposition planning.
  • Take charge of law and motion practice, settlements, and other more complex aspects of litigation.
  • Provide leadership in client communication, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the litigation process.
  • Assist in shaping the firm's long-term strategy for tackling cutting-edge legal issues and high-impact cases.

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney with at least 5+ years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions. Must have a strong track record of success in complex litigation and a proven ability to lead high-profile cases.

Benefits

Qualifications
