Employment Focused Case Manager/ Clubhouse Generalist (61482)
About the role
This unique, dual-role position combines employment-focused case management with Clubhouse Generalist responsibilities, allowing you to support individuals both one-on-one and in a community-based recovery setting. You’ll work directly with clients to remove barriers to care, build employment skills, and support long-term independence, while also contributing to a vibrant, recovery-oriented clubhouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs across employment, housing, transportation, and other life domains
- Help clients develop job readiness skills (resume writing, interviewing, job coaching)
- Connect individuals to community resources, services, and support systems
- Career coordination with providers, agencies, and support networks
- Partner with members in side-by-side daily work and skill-building activities
- Foster a supportive, structured environment promoting recovery and independence
- Provide vocational and educational guidance in a group setting
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Identify risks and escalate concerns when needed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health or healthcare related field, required. One (1) year of professional work experience or volunteer experience in the behavioral health field, preferred.
- Experience: Knowledge of community resources preferred. A thorough understanding of systems of care and integrated care (physical and behavioral health).
- Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document services accurately and professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems; ability to type 25+ words per minute. Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with partner agencies.
