About the role

The role involves providing direct support to individuals in supportive housing settings, assisting with daily living activities, and helping to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support services to residents in supportive housing environments.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and medication management.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents.
  • Document resident interactions and progress in a timely manner.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with residents.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of supportive housing principles and practices.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
