About the role
The role involves providing direct support to individuals in supportive housing settings, assisting with daily living activities, and helping to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support services to residents in supportive housing environments.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and medication management.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents.
- Document resident interactions and progress in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with residents.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of supportive housing principles and practices.

Pay
$20.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
