Summary
Under direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Employee Training and Education Administrator provides administrative support for the training activities of all BLM GROUP USA employees.
Essential Functions
- Plan and coordinate all new hires’ week-one onboarding activities
- Order, track, and assign tools as needed, for any field service-related employees
- Schedule training courses in 4U LMS
- Aid in training employees on the use and navigation of the LMS platforms
- Monitor progress of assigned trainings and gather feedback from trainers and trainees
- Contribute to the updating and evolution of the LMS platforms, including documentation and training materials
- Provide monthly status report of employees’ Active Transcript in 4U, to their manager
- Support both the Training Management and HR Management teams
- Create and edit training videos as needed
