Employee Services Coordinator
Integrity at Home by BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to join our Assistive Care State Programs home care office in Joplin, MO. The Employee Services Coordinator provides essential services and key functions to both future and existing field employees, ensuring all compliance and onboarding workflow processes are completed with efficiency, quality, and service. This role manages high-volume administrative and reporting processes related to field employee onboarding, retention, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, assist callers, process messages, and greet visitors.
- Assume responsibility for personnel file management and coordination.
- Provide essential services to maintain field employee satisfaction.
- Support hiring activities from application to onboarding.
- Coordinate and execute Home Health Aide training, manage training materials, and schedule skills practice.
- Ensure all required labor postings, including federal and state, are maintained and updated.
- Perform related duties as required or requested by supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
- Competence in basic PC skills to perform job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
