About the role

We’re partnering with a global insurance organization to hire an Employee Services Coordinator to join a collaborative, high-performing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Customer Service who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including offer letters, new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and new hire orientation.
  • Manage employee status changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated promptly.
  • Support leave of absence administration, including parental leave, flexible work requests, paid time off, and attendance tracking.
  • Aid in benefits administration, payroll-related inquiries, and vendor invoices.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce data to support business decisions.
  • Partner with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and day-to-day HR operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Customer Service, or a related operational support role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a desire to learn and grow.
