Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, or employee-support activities.
• Maintain accurate applicant or employee records and documentation.
• Support scheduling, follow-up, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.
• Assist with process tracking, reporting, and administrative workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or transferable skills aligned with the Employee Services Coordinator role.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, documentation tools, and role-relevant systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly where applicable.
