About the role
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, mediating conflicts, and implementing policies to support employee well-being.Responsibilities
- Facilitate workplace meetings and training sessions on topics such as diversity, inclusion, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees to improve company culture.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
