About the role

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, mediating conflicts, and implementing policies to support employee well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workplace meetings and training sessions on topics such as diversity, inclusion, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees to improve company culture.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and enforce company policies related to employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
