Employee Relations Specialist
Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner / Sr Employee Relations Specialist serves as a trusted advisor for management and staff with employee relations issues. Focuses on promoting best practices in employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, conducting investigations, and making recommendations to enhance the workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- Five (5) years of employee relations or human resources experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree SHRM or PHR Certification
- Healthcare experience
