About the role
Create experiences that help our employees feel connected, supported and inspired. As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the experiences that strengthen connection, foster belonging, and empower our people to thrive through meaningful communications, resources, engaging events, digital platforms, and employee listening programs.
Responsibilities
- Drive and continuously improve a range of employee experience initiatives, including:
- Employee communications and digital engagement apps and platforms
- Employee events and Street Team activations
- Contributing to an excellent onboarding experience
- Continuous Listening (employee surveys), reporting, and action planning
- Other employee engagement projects and programs (e.g., DEI, training events)
- Reporting, insights, and continuous improvement across employee experience programs
Requirements
- Qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or a related field
- Experience delivering employee engagement, training, communications, wellbeing, recognition, or other people initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent technology skills, with a curious and solutions-focused approach to using digital tools to solve problems, improve processes, and implement new ways of working
- Experience coordinating programs and building effective relationships across diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
- Familiarity with the ski industry (highly desirable)
