Employee Engagement Specialist - Human Resources

What You’ll Do

• Enhance the overall employee experience by planning, coordinating, and executing engaging organizational events and recognition programs.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, communications, and on-site support, while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Lead employee recognition initiatives, oversee rewards programs, and track engagement outcomes through data analysis and feedback processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison with external partners and provide cross-functional support to Human Resources operations.

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products) including generating reports, manipulating and analyzing data (Excel).

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Experience in employee engagement, community involvement, or career development.
