About Us

Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTFs are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. Every client has an individualized plan of care based on all aspects of the individual's situation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee recruitment process including writing and placing recruitment ads.
• Coordinate and assist with the orientation process for all new employees.
• Assist with benefit administration.
• Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online payroll/timekeeping database.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws.
• Attend job fairs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to relate to clients, co-workers, and the public.

Pay

$25.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience.
