Experience: "A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience."
Education/Certifications/Licenses: "A college degree."
We could put both under Requirements as list items.
Qualifications: maybe we could treat Education/Certifications/Licenses as Qualifications. But we already used Education in Requirements. Could split: Requirements: Experience. Qualifications: Education/Certifications/Licenses. Skills: Interpersonal Skills, Other Skills, Physical Requirements? But physical maybe not skill. However we can still list under Skills.
Let's decide:
- Requirements: Experience (1-3 years similar experience).
- Qualifications: Education/Certifications/Licenses (A college degree.)
- Skills: Interpersonal Skills, Other Skills (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, EEOC knowledge), Physical Requirements (sedentary work, lifting up to 10 lbs, stairs, office equipment, computer 6-8 hrs, extended hours, regular attendance), Working Conditions (indoor climate-controlled shared work area minimal noise), Mental/Emotional Requirements (independent work, read/write instructions, speak clearly, basic math, deal with personalities, composure under stress, handle multiple priorities, discretion).
We could also include "Other Skills" as list.

Make sure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "What You Should Know About Advia" paragraph about company description. Should we include that? It's substantive info about the company. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where? Could be part of About the role? Or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a section like "About Advia" but not in list.
