About the role

This role involves assisting with employee engagement, building related events, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Builds out employee engagement activities.
  • Develops calendar of events.
  • Affords assistance with employee engagement events on site.
  • Affords assistance with employee recognition.
  • Processes expense reports.
  • Affords assistance with client site visits.
  • Orders and fully stocks break room.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience administrative support or related experience.
  • Able to type at least 50 wpm accurately.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficient with on-line computer communication operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of individuals.
  • Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of files, marketing materials, manuals, or supply boxes.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Able to travel locally to attend and/or host scheduled or spontaneous sporting or other various events.
