About the role

The Employee Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity through strategic initiatives and employee feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
