Employee Communications Specialist, WorkJam & Digital Channels
About the role
Manage the day-to-day execution of WorkJam as a key internal communications channel, serving as the team’s go-to resource for content publishing, audience targeting, campaign support, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop, publish, and manage mobile-first content and campaigns within WorkJam aligned to business priorities and employee engagement goals
- Configure and maintain WorkJam channels, audiences, tasks, and communication workflows to support communications and business needs
- Support initiatives that increase employee adoption, engagement, and effective use of WorkJam across the organization
- Partner with stakeholders across HR and the business to deliver targeted, timely, and effective communications through WorkJam
- Monitor and analyze WorkJam performance metrics, engagement trends, and user behaviors to identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and channel performance
- Build and maintain expertise in WorkJam features and best practices to support effective employee communications
- Stay informed on WorkJam capabilities, enhancements, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement of the employee communication experience
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or digital content management
Experience with WorkJam or similar employee communication platforms preferred
Experience working with digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet, employee app, or similar tools)
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
The ability to translate complex information into simple, digestible messages optimized for mobile consumption
An interest in using data and insights to improve communication effectiveness
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships across teams
A proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Per year: $60,000 - $70,000
Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate
Skills
Knowledge of WorkJam or similar employee communication platforms
Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet, employee app, or similar tools)
Strong writing and editing skills
