About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new benefits solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in benefits technology
- Optimize existing benefits programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits technology or related field
- Experience with benefits administration software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant federal and state laws
- Experience with consumer account administration technologies
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices
Skills
- Technical proficiency with benefits technology platforms
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
