About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new benefits solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in benefits technology
  • Optimize existing benefits programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits technology or related field
  • Experience with benefits administration software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant federal and state laws
  • Experience with consumer account administration technologies
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices

Skills

  • Technical proficiency with benefits technology platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
