Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel related to employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Work closely with clients to design, establish, maintain, and operate various benefit plans
- Advise on plan administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory issues
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Four to ten years of experience in Employee Benefits law
- Experience with all areas of employee benefits, including ERISA, retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
- Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong academic background

Pay
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 – $192,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
