Employee Benefits Attorney - Remote

About the role

The Employee Benefits Attorney will provide legal counsel on all aspects of employee benefits, including ERISA, retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on the design, establishment, maintenance, and operation of various employee benefit plans.
• Assist in the resolution of employee benefits disputes and litigation.
• Stay current with changes in federal and state employee benefits laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review documents related to employee benefits, including plan documents, amendments, and disclosures.

Requirements

• Four to ten years of experience practicing employee benefits law.
• Experience with all areas of employee benefits, including ERISA, retirement, welfare, and fringe benefits.
• Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A strong academic background.
• Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.

Pay

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 – $192,000.
