Essential Functions
- Brief solution-focused therapy and support to individuals, couples and families
- Client notes and case management according to EAP/HIPAA standards
- Aid with urgent call coverage
- Provide trainings, adverse event response and other EAP service needs under close supervision
- Proficient in computer and technical skills

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work or Marriage & Family therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensed in the appropriate mental health field
Physical Requirements
- Frequent interactions with clients, leaders and team members that require verbal communication, hearing and understanding spoken information quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy, including frequent computer use and typing for documentation
- May be expected to stand or walk for an extended period of time
Pay
$32.34 - $49.94 per hour
Schedule
40 hours per week
