About the role

Responsibilities
- Delivering strategic, end-to-end counsel from formation through exit in the world’s most dynamic innovation ecosystems
- Working with high-growth startups and leading investors
- Managing internal and external client and counsel relationships
- Communicating complex matters in oral and written form
- Providing excellent client service
Requirements
- Significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital work
- Experience with seed and venture capital financings and public offerings
- Experience with NVCA documents
- Experience with domestic M&A transactions, particularly for startup companies and investors
Qualifications
- Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in

Pay
Salary ranges are stated below and may vary based on factors including location:
- Austin, TX: $310,000 to $390,000
- Denver, CO: $310,000 to $390,000
- Los Angeles, CA: $310,000 to $390,000
- New York, NY: $310,000 to $390,000
- Palo Alto, CA: $310,000 to $390,000
- San Diego, CA: $310,000 to $390,000
- San Francisco, CA: $310,000 to $390,000
