About the role

At EVCC, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Websites Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for creating engaging and informative veterinary websites.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom veterinary websites using industry-standard web technologies.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and practice managers to understand their needs and translate them into effective website designs.
• Ensure all websites meet accessibility standards and comply with legal requirements.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to client websites.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure websites remain functional and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development and design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
