Emergency Room Nurse (Night Shift)

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a hospital emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and barriers to involvement, maintaining a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safety awareness.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Active RN licensure

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Less than two years of nursing experience
