Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs within established standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff.
- Prioritize tasks.
- Support patients and families during urgent situations.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and medications.
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives.
- Develop individualized care plans.
Requirements
- RN licensure.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience.
