About the role

Responsibilities
- Promoting patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participating in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
Qualifications and Skills
- RN license required.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred.
- Experience in emergency or EMT settings preferred.
- No supervisory experience necessary.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
Schedule
Work in a fast-paced emergency department, primarily night shifts (7pm‑7am), with weekend requirements.
