Emergency Department Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to exceptional patient care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment, support patients and families during urgent situations, and promote patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across the care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Participate in professional development and compliance activities.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree.
• Active RN license.
• ER or EMT experience.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
