Emergency Department Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care as an ER Nurse, collaborating with medical staff to ensure efficient treatment, and supporting patients and families during urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities; collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and needs.
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols and work in a vigilant manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Experience in ER, ER or EMT preferred; less experience acceptable.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
