About the role

Animal Emergency Clinic is seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 6–12-month training and mentorship program. We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable to train with us and transition into an ER position at AEC.

Now offering $100,000 student-loan reimbursement.

Mentorship Program Details

The ER Immerse Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. Built from the ground up to be different than traditional rotating internship programs, the ERi program has been developed around a core curriculum of competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian. In addition to clinical knowledge and skills, the program focuses on client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration.

The program utilizes a hybrid training approach incorporating simulation-based didactic components into authentic training experiences with live patients. The curriculum is designed using an evidence-based strategy identifying competencies and skills deemed essential for a successful career as an emergency clinician.
