About the Role
The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program prepares veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It focuses on client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration through a competency-based curriculum and hybrid training approach.
Responsibilities
- Work with a dedicated mentor on shifts
- Learn ER surgery
- No on-call schedule
- Participate in a competency-based curriculum
- Attend regular live continuing education events
Requirements
- Pass a background check
- Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Kansas
- Experience in emergency medicine is preferred but not required
