Emergency Veterinarian- Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program
About the role
The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program is designed to prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It is built around a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian, focusing on clinical knowledge and skills, client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration.
Program Duration/Commitment
The 6-month training program begins in June 2026. It consists of a 5-day work week with 4 clinical days, 1 didactic day, and 2 days off each week. Participants rotate with other specialty services during the training program and always work with a dedicated mentor on shifts. The program offers an excellent post-training schedule and a competency-based curriculum that includes asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds.
Work Authorization
Work authorization in the United States is a requirement for the position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company, but candidates eligible for TN status may be considered.
