Program Duration/Commitment
The ER Immerse Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It is a 6-month training program beginning June 2027 (flexible rolling start if needed).

Program Highlights

Work Authorization
Work authorization in the United States is a requirement for the position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company, but candidates eligible for TN status may be considered.

About the Role
The ER Immerse Training Program is built from the ground up to be different than traditional rotating internship programs. It focuses on building a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian, including clinical knowledge and skills, client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. The program uses a hybrid training approach incorporating simulation-based didactic components into authentic training experiences with live patients.

This position requires a commitment to emergency medicine and a passion for working in the field. Candidates should be team-oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable.
