Emergency Veterinarian

Schedule

• Full-time preferred but open to part-time
• 10 or 12-hour shifts available
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care for dogs and cats
• Handle cases ranging from minor issues (ear and skin problems) to critical conditions (GDV, HBC, foreign bodies, vomiting, diarrhea, and complex medical cases)

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in New Mexico, or ability to obtain
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
