About the role

PetOne Veterinary, Rockville Centre Hospital, is hiring a full-time Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing 24-hour general practice and emergency hospital in Rockville Centre, NY. The ideal candidate will have veterinary experience in emergency, urgent care, or general practice and will be collaborative, friendly, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight emergency veterinary care in a modern, fully equipped facility
• Deliver urgent care and advanced diagnostics including digital radiography, ultrasonography, and electrocardiography
• Perform surgery, pain management, dentistry, and medical boarding as needed
• Utilize in-house laboratory machines for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, and cortisol readings
• Collaborate with a team committed to patient-centric care and continuous growth

Requirements

• Veterinary experience in emergency, urgent care, or general practice
• Collaborative, friendly, and compassionate approach to patient and client care

Benefits

• Base salary of $200K – $280K (DOE) with production-based bonuses and no negative accrual
• No non-compete clause
• 12–16 shifts per month (shift length may vary)
• Up to $50K sign-on bonus
