Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat critically ill or injured pets using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform life-saving procedures under the guidance of senior veterinarians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest veterinary practices.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school.
- Current North Carolina license to practice veterinary medicine.
- At least 2 years of experience in emergency and critical care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Competitive base salary with additional earning potential through quarterly production bonus (no negative accrual).
Schedule
Full-time position with 24-hour emergency coverage.
