BluePearl Pet Hospital in Tukwila, WA (near Renton) is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. Our cutting-edge facility is fully equipped to handle emergency cases, ensuring top-notch care for pets during critical moments. About the role

As an Emergency Veterinarian at BluePearl, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality veterinary care in a fast-paced environment. Our hospital operates 24/7, providing emergency medicine, internal medicine, oncology, and surgery services. The facility includes a blood bank, digital radiography, ultrasound, contrast radiology, and a 64 Slice Aquillion CT.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
• Valid state veterinary license.
• Commitment to emergency care and ongoing learning.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Familiarity with Google Apps for Work and Cornerstone Practice Management software is a plus.

Pay

• Average base + production compensation range: $160,000–$250,000.
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000.
• No non-compete clause.
• Production compensation with no negative accrual, paid out quarterly.
• Additional ancillary benefits, including shift and weekend differentials (varies by region/hospital).
